![]() I find it interesting that many adults have an aversion to entertainment media with colorful, cartoonish graphic styles but they eat up anything with photorealistic grim-dark ones. There’s a free demo Don’t judge a book by its cover…especially if it costs nothing to peek at the first few pages! Eventually I’ll pick up the title I’m sure. At only a glance, it feels like what I’d give my niece if she weren’t old enough for Pokemon yet, and even knowing how good the game is, it’s hard to get over that every time I watch a game vid. It’s just difficult to overcome how ESRB age 4-7 this looks. The game is separated into two modes: Story and Arcade. Basically, you cant play the whole game yet, almost similar to an episodic title that hasnt released all episodes. In other words, whats there is very playable, but a lot of things isnt there. I’m in my mid-thirties, loved that 8bit/16bit look, this one just looks too cutesy/bubblegum for me too and sorta ruins it, which sucks because I’m really looking for something like this right now. The Secrets of Grindea beta is highly representative of how we envision the final product, but it lacks much content.
